We're looking for a
Telecoms Commercial Operations
Lead to take charge of commercial performance and cost control within our telecoms build projects. This is a key role for someone who understands field-based telecoms operations and has the commercial and financial acumen to keep projects profitable, efficient, and compliant. You'll be the link between Operations, Commercial and Finance, ensuring projects are correctly tracked, valued, invoiced, and reported. If you're commercially sharp, process-driven, and motivated to make an impact, this role offers the chance to lead in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
This permanent full time position is located in Dublin 22 and due to the location of the offices, having your own transport is essential
Salary & Benefits:
* €60,000 – €70,000 DOE

Responsibilities:
* Oversee commercial records, ensuring daily fieldwork, costs, and measures are tracked accurately.
* Work with Build and Project Managers to validate supply chain costs and client value submissions.
* Prepare and submit monthly Applications for Payment (AFP) and client payment certificates.
* Track retention monies and ensure timely claims.
* Support monthly subcontractor spend projections and link to project revenue for profitability monitoring.
* Scrutinise measures and Schedule of Rates to keep commercial returns aligned to targets.
* Lead the AFP and PO processes to avoid payment delays.
* Collaborate with Finance to ensure smooth flow of commercial data for invoicing and payments.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and client commercial counterparts.
* Mentor and support junior commercial staff.
Key Requirements:
* 2–3 years' experience in a telecoms commercial, utilities, or similar role.
* Strong knowledge of telecoms build environments (e.g., FTTH, light civils).
* Advanced Excel skills; good working knowledge of Word and PowerPoint.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and challenge.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
* Understanding of subcontract procurement, valuations, and frameworks (SOWs, SoRs, fixed-rate models).
* Technical knowledge of civils, telecoms, electrical and infrastructure delivery.
* Degree in construction, electrical or telecoms sector (or equivalent).
