Job Description
The Role: We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Early Years Practitioner with a Level 6 qualification to join our team. You will play a key role in delivering exceptional care and education for children aged 4‑5.
Key Responsibilities:
 * Plan and implement engaging, age‑appropriate activities that align with the Aisteir and Solita framework.
 * Foster a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment that promotes learning and development.
 * Build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
 * Monitor, assess, and document children’s progress, ensuring individual needs are met.
 * Promote inclusive practices, celebrating diversity and individuality.
 * Maintain a high standard of health and safety and adhere to safeguarding policies.
Qualifications Required
Level 6 qualification in Early Childhood Studies or equivalent.
Manual handling, FAR /Paediatric First Aid Certificate. {not essential}
Experience Required
 * Proven experience working with young children in an early years setting.
 * Excellent understanding of child care framework.
 * Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
 * Passion for early childhood education and a commitment to continuous professional development.
 * 1‑2 years of working directly with children and as part of a team.
