Job Title: Senior People Business Partner
A career opportunity has arisen for a fixed term contract to cover maternity leave for 9 months in Newbridge, Ireland. The successful candidate will provide on the ground support to the Irish HR team.
This role involves partnering with senior leadership teams and operational projects to ensure delivery of people strategy. Key responsibilities include working closely with directors and functional leads to increase capability within their teams, collaborating with business wide People Leadership Team, analysing data and identifying trends for action quickly,
managing complex ER issues proactively as part of bid teams, leading performance management initiatives championing high-performance culture while actively up-skilling line managers so they can provide clear direction feedback development ( a). Support is also needed across employee engagement targets as part of our Best Companies plans.
