Marketing Internship Program
for motivated students and recent graduates who want to gain real experience in the world of digital marketing and communications. This program is designed to help you develop hands-on skills while contributing directly to the growth of an international travel startup.
Responsibilities
* Support the execution of digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, and paid channels.
* Assist in content creation for Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn (videos, visuals, and copywriting).
* Help analyze marketing performance, track KPIs, and report key insights.
* Conduct research on market trends, audiences, and competitors to identify new opportunities.
* Collaborate with the team on brand development, partnerships, and community engagement.
* Provide creative input to enhance Tripjoin's digital presence and storytelling.

Requirements

* Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (Spanish is a plus).
* Creative, proactive, and eager to learn.
* Interest in startups, travel, and community-driven projects.
