About the Role:
We're looking for a creative, organised and proactive Digital Marketing Assistant to support a wide range of content and digital marketing activities. This is a flexible role ideal for someone who enjoys both the creative and technical sides of digital marketing—from crafting engaging Reels and visuals to updating our Wix website and supporting SEO and email campaigns via Zoho Mail.
Interns are welcome to apply, and there is flexibility in working hours. Some autonomy is expected, and there may be occasional in-person meetings, depending on location.
This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience while supporting a meaningful mission—helping people develop confidence and presence through voice and communication training.
Key Responsibilities:
* Create engaging social media content, including Reels, Stories, carousels, and graphics for Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn
* Plan and schedule consistent social posts to support brand awareness and engagement
* Support email marketing using Zoho Mail – campaign building, copywriting, and performance tracking
* Maintain and update our Wix website (page edits, blogs, images, layout tweaks)
* Assist with SEO (basic keyword research, meta descriptions, on-page SEO)
* Contribute to PPC campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads), including ad copy and results monitoring
* Edit short-form video content using CapCut (Reels, promo clips, etc.)
* Design graphics using Canva for social media, email, and web use
* Monitor analytics and provide insights into content and campaign performance
* Bring fresh ideas to the table and stay on top of social and digital trends
Skills & Experience:
* Some experience (or strong interest) in digital marketing, content creation, or social media
* Familiar with tools such as Wix, CapCut, Zoho Mail, and Canva
* Keen eye for visual design and basic video editing skills
* Confident with writing clear, engaging marketing copy
* Awareness of SEO principles and social media best practices
* Organised, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently
* Willingness to attend occasional in-person meetings (if local)
