The aim is to build brand awareness, create a strong presence in the Irish and international corporate markets, and convert high-value enquiries into confirmed business.Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development & Market LaunchIntroduce Virginia Park Lodge to the Irish and international corporate market as a premium estate for leadership and strategy retreatsBuild and nurture relationships with C-suite EAs, HR directors, event teams, DMCs, and senior leadership facilitatorsUse your existing network to quickly generate interest and open doorsRepresent the Lodge at networking events, showcases, and industry gatheringsIdentify opportunities for partnerships with corporate agencies, leadership coaches, and incentive providersSales & Account ManagementDrive new business and hit agreed revenue targetsManage the full sales cycle: outreach, pitching, site inspections, proposals, contracting, and handover to operationsMaintain strong relationships with clients from first contact to post-event follow-upWork closely with the wider team to shape packages, pricing, and the overall product offering for corporate guestsStrategy & InsightHelp define what a Virginia Park Lodge corporate retreat should look and feel likeProvide weekly insight on trends, demand, lead sources, and where potential liesTrack and report performance, pipeline, and conversion in line with business expectationsCollaborationWork alongside the Director of Sales, events team, and Lodge operations to ensure quality and consistencyFeed into marketing strategy on messaging, case studies, and corporate-facing materialsSupport key annual sales campaigns and represent the Lodge within the Corrigan Collection when neededSkills & Experience2–5 years of sales experience in hospitality, events, luxury travel, or corporate experiencesExisting relationships within the Irish corporate, agency, or events marketConfident networker who enjoys getting out in front of peopleStrong communicator with a personable, authentic styleAble to work independently, manage a busy pipeline, and deliver results without micromanagement.Creative thinker who can help shape a brand-new productPackageContract: 12 months (full time / 40 hours), with potential to extendBase Salary: €50,000Commission: 5% on all confirmed corporate bookingsLocation: Ireland (with travel to the Lodge as required)Reporting to: Director of SalesVirginia Park Lodge is ready to grow, and we're looking for someone who can help us open the next chapter.
