This role is a great opportunity for an experienced HR professional to join our team as an HR Partner. As an HR Partner, you will work closely with senior management and employees at all levels to provide guidance and support on HR policies, processes, procedures, and systems.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in generalist HR, excellent organizational and administrative skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues. You will also have experience in employee relations, advising and dealing with senior management, and working within a fast-moving environment.

Main Responsibilities:
">
">
* Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR policies, processes, procedures, and systems.
">
* Assist with employee relations and advisory matters, including performance management, absence, disciplinary actions, grievances, and restructures.
">
* Support the People & Culture team with the full employee lifecycle activities, from onboarding through to exit.
">
* Build strong working relationships with all People & Culture colleagues, collaborating to deliver the best possible HR service to the business.
">
* Actively contribute to identifying and implementing more efficient ways of working.
">
* Monitor, review, and update all HR policies and Employee Handbook, ensuring they are in line with current legislation.
">
* Prepare Data Subject Access Requests.
">
* Collate reports relating to absence and employee relations matters on a monthly basis.
">
* Support audits and compliance-related activities.
">

Requirements:
">
">
* Relevant HR/Business Degree and/or relevant experience.
">
* CIPD Qualified (CIPD Associate or above preferred).
">
* Experience of working in a commercial environment, preferably in a generalist HR/People and Culture role.
">
* Strong knowledge and conversant with employment legislation.
">
* Excellent organizational and administrative skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage a varied workload.
">
* Ability to think strategically with strong business acumen, demonstrate resilience and tenacity when under pressure, and be flexible and adaptable to changing situations while working within a team.
