We are looking for a motivated and curious
Backend Developer Trainee
to join our technical team. You will work closely with our CTO and product team to develop and improve the backend architecture of Tripjoin. This is a hands-on trainee program designed to help you grow into a capable backend engineer while contributing to real product features.
What You Will Do
* Support in developing and maintaining backend services and APIs for the Tripjoin platform.
* Collaborate with the product team to implement new features related to bookings, payments, user accounts, and creator tools.
* Help improve database structure, optimization, and data flows.
* Assist in integrating third-party tools such as payment gateways, email automation systems, and analytics.
* Participate in code reviews, testing processes, and documentation.
* Learn good engineering practices: clean code, version control, and scalable architecture.
What We Are Looking For
* Students or recent graduates in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.
* Basic knowledge of backend technologies, Python, or similar).
* Familiarity with REST APIs and relational or NoSQL databases.
* Understanding of Git and version control workflows.
* Eager to learn, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment.
* Passion for technology, product building, and impactful work.
