Agua-Clean Services are hiring window cleaning operatives to join our growing team, working across commercial and industrial sites throughout Dublin and Ireland.
We're looking for reliable, hardworking individuals who want more than just a job — people who take pride in leaving places cleaner, safer, and better than they found them.
What You'll Be Doing:
* Carry out industrial and commercial window cleaning across various sites (high-rise, low-rise, rope access).
* Operate water-fed pole systems, cherry pickers, pressure washers, and traditional tools.
* Work independently and in teams, ensuring all jobs meet quality and safety standards.
* Maintain professional communication with clients on site.
* Travel across sites in Dublin and occasionally around Ireland
What We're Looking For:
* Full-time availability and flexibility for occasional evenings, weekends, and early starts.
* Ability to work off your own initiative, follow instructions, and pull your weight as part of a team.
* Strong punctuality, attention to detail, and good communication.
* A positive attitude — experience is great, but we value mindset more.
* Valid Safe Pass and Manual Handling Cert (or willingness to get them — we can help).
* For non-EEA applicants: a valid full-time work visa is required.
