Davey Dublin is now looking for the ideal candidate to join our team.
Responsibilities
* Be the first point of contact for guests at the salon, greeting them in a polite and well-spoken manner.
* Make appointments for the team and coordinate bookings and inquiries, maintaining front of house.
* Organise inbound and outbound mail and provide general administrative support.
* Report directly to the owners and senior management.
* Handle day-to-day operations such as cash management and stock ordering as required.
* Ensure registers are completed, gowns are organized, the appointment book is up to date, staff hours and breaks are correctly programmed, and the desk is clear of unnecessary items.
* Comply with the salon’s visual standards.
* Contribute ideas, implement strategic direction, and execute related strategies as the role evolves.
* Manage the salon’s marketing and social media content; identify target markets and opportunities for new business.
Qualifications
* Experience in beauty/hairdressing, retail, restaurants or corporate environments; preferably 2-3 years.
* Previous L’oreal & Kerastase training is an advantage but not required.
* Knowledge of Phorest Software is an advantage but not required.
* Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Present well-groomed with a professional appearance.
* Excellent communication and customer service skills.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office.
* Maintain high salon standards.
