A leading food manufacturing company undergoing a period of significant growth is seeking an experienced Hygiene Manager to oversee hygiene operations across a number of busy manufacturing sites. This is a permanent, full-time role based on-site in Naas.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and lead the hygiene team across multiple production areas
* Ensure hygiene standards meet regulatory and customer requirements at all times
* Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures in line with best practice
* Conduct regular audits and inspections, taking corrective action where required
* Liaise closely with Quality, Production and Technical teams to maintain site standards
* Train and develop hygiene staff, ensuring full understanding of food safety protocols
* Monitor chemical usage, equipment maintenance and hygiene-related documentation
Requirements:
* Proven supervisory or management experience in a hygiene role within a food manufacturing environment
* Strong knowledge of HACCP, food safety legislation, and hygiene standards
* Excellent organisational and communication skills
* Flexible approach to working hours, including occasional weekend work as needed
* Ability to manage multiple priorities across a fast-paced manufacturing environment
