We're hiring an experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth for a leading provider of Enterprise Software Solutions The Role To deliver new business sales to meet individual target.
Generate and follow up leads and appointments through own networking and proactive prospecting as well as using company marketing resources Develop interest and awareness within the Irish Market To look for opportunities with companies in between 50m-500m turnover and ideally with HQ based in Ireland for all product lines, thereby maximising contribution.
Develop and build a network of introducers and partnerships in order to provide new business leads.
Establish close business relationships with prescribers (international brokers), to consolidate our market share in this segment.
Experience Required A minimum of 5+ years experience of working in within mid-large corporates with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets; Experience with the concept of software sales, the mechanics of such products and successful track record of selling business related products Autonomous: able to self-motivate and focus on goals and activities while working on one's own; Experience of self-lead generation; Sales negotiation and communication skills; Able to build rapport and long-term relationships with clients and build productive networks; For more information please do not hesitate to contact us
