Receptionist: Smiles Forbes Street, ROI (Part of Bupa Dental Care)
Full Time Position: 32 hours per week
Working pattern: Tues 12-6:30, Wed 7:*****:30, Thurs 07:*****:30, Fri 13:30-8:30 & Sat 9:30-4;30

What your typical day involves as a Smiles Dental Receptionist:
Meeting and greeting patients, providing a great first impression
Booking and amending appointments, answering the phone, updating patient records
Supporting the Practice Manager and clinical team with the smooth running of the practice
Making patients aware of dental services and offers
Handling payments
Accessing sensitive information whilst maintaining patient confidentiality
Qualifications
We're looking for a Receptionist that:
Has the ability to keep calm and professional in a fast-paced environment
Has previous administration or reception experience
Is personable, positive and enthusiastic with a great customer focus
Is efficient with Microsoft Word and Outlook
Has SOE/R4 experience (preferred not vital)
Has strong communication and organisation skills
