As a Social Care Leader in a residential service, you will be part of a dedicated team that works together to create a safe and nurturing environment. Your expertise and experience will be invaluable in helping young people overcome early life trauma and build resilience.

To excel in this position, you must possess a minimum level 7 qualification in Social Care or a relevant equivalent, as well as a full, clean manual driver's license valid in Ireland. Familiarity with the Irish National Standards in Children's Residential Centres is also essential. In addition, you should have a strong track record of working in services where TCI is used, with a minimum of two years' experience at Social Care grade with young persons.
