Responsibilities and Duties
Host customers in the shop and provide best-in-class service.
Cross-sell retail and online products and services.
Answer customer queries and inform about current promotions.
Assist customers to place bets through betting terminals, telephone services, and in-shop transactions.
Maintain excellent shop presentation standards.
Steer operations in the absence of the Shop and Deputy Manager, ensuring smooth functioning.
Adapt to different situations while remaining customer-focused.
Fulfil social-responsibility duties in line with guidelines and regulations.
