Bioprocessing Trainer

My client is seeking a highly motivated Bioprocessing Trainer to join their dynamic Training team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about continuous learning, content development, and delivering high-quality bioprocessing training to a diverse client base.
Responsibilities:
* Delivery of Training:
Deliver high-quality training using the training curriculum—including lectures and practical sessions—across areas such as Upstream Processing, Downstream Processing, Fill Finish, Quality and Regulations, Single-Use Technologies, ATMP/CGT, and General Bioprocessing/Support areas. Trainer focus areas for training delivery will be aligned with business needs and individual experience.
* Facility and Equipment Oversight:
Support the daily operation and maintenance of the pilot scale production and laboratory equipment. Collaborate with the Facilities and Technician teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
* Documentation and Compliance:
Create and maintain essential documentation, including SOPs, batch records, project proposals, and technical reports, to support training and operational activities.
* Customised Client Training:
Develop and deliver tailored training programs for corporate clients, delivered online, onsite or at client locations as required.
* Training Evaluation:
Assess training effectiveness using a variety of evaluation tools and feedback mechanisms.
Requirements:
* A PhD or MSc in a relevant scientific discipline (e.g., Life Sciences, Biopharmaceutical Processing, or Engineering), or a BSc in a related field combined with significant experience in the (bio)pharmaceutical industry.
* In-depth practical expertise in one or several areas of bioprocessing (e.g. Upstream, Downstream, Fill Finish, ATMP/CGT, Quality/Regulations, CQV) is a core requirement for this role.
* A self-motivated and proactive individual, capable of working independently while contributing effectively within a dynamic and fast-paced training team.
* Excellent interpersonal skills, along with strong verbal and written communication abilities, are essential for engaging with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
