Safety Role Overview
We seek a dedicated Senior Safety Professional to implement and improve our Health & Safety Management System across projects.
Main Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain an effective Health & Safety Management System, adhering to local regulations and company standards.
* Conduct thorough site audits, risk assessments, and inspections under senior guidance, identifying areas for improvement.
* Ensure employees and subcontractors receive comprehensive safety training, inductions, and briefings.
* Support incident investigations, preparing reports and corrective actions to prevent future occurrences.
* Maintain accurate safety records, documentation, and reports, promoting transparency and accountability.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to foster a positive safety culture across all projects and offices.
Required Skills:
* Degree in Occupational Health & Safety or related field.
* Relevant certification (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH).
* Minimum 2–4 years of experience in construction, engineering, or commissioning environments.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to travel to project sites across Europe as required.
* Proficiency in MS Office and safety reporting tools.
