Warehouse Supervisor / Manager - Tallaght
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor / Manager to join a busy warehouse operation in Tallaght.
This role involves managing a small team and overseeing the full day-to-day running of warehouse operations in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Managing a team of 4 warehouse operatives
Goods receipt and putaway of stock, including batch number and expiry date control
Pick and pack operations for customer orders
Ensuring all orders are dispatched on a FEFO (First Expiry, First Out) basis
Carrying out cycle counts to maintain stock accuracy
Maintaining housekeeping standards within the warehouse
Ensuring HACCP compliance throughout all warehouse activities
Procurement of warehouse consumables
Liaising daily with courier and transport providers
Managing customer returns process
Ensuring all SOPs are followed and maintained
Supporting the sales team in preparation for trade events
Organising inbound transport of stock
Requirements
Previous experience in a warehouse supervisory or management role
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Experience working in a fast-paced warehouse environment
Knowledge of stock control processes and compliance standards
Ability to lead and manage a small team
Working Hours
9:00am to 6:00pm
Standard statutory breaks apply
Peak operational period runs from October to May each year
