This role will focus on growing the wholesale side of our business, building and maintaining relationships with existing clients, and identifying new opportunities to expand our reach.You'll be working both on-site and on the road, representing Mocha Beans Ltd to potential and existing customers throughout your region.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain strong relationships with wholesale customers.Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the coffee and hospitality sectors.Present and promote Mocha Beans products to potential clients.Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and performance goals.Provide excellent customer service and after-sales support.Maintain accurate sales records and report activity to management.Collaborate with the roastery team to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.RequirementsPrevious experience in sales (preferably in the food & beverage or coffee industry).Strong communication and negotiation skills.A self-starter with a proactive, customer-focused attitude.Full Irish driving licence.Passion for coffee and an interest in the industry is a plusWhat We OfferBase salary: £30,000 per year + performance-based add-ons.Perks: Fuel card, pension enrolment, and paid holidays.Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm (on-site and on the road).Opportunity to grow with a dynamic and expanding company in the coffee industry.How to Apply:If you're passionate about coffee and sales, and want to be part of a growing team, please send your CV to Job Type: Full-timePay: €27,000.00-€30,000.00 per yearBenefits:Company pensionEmployee discountOn-site parkingSick payWork Location: In person
