They are recognised as a market leader within the construction finishes sector, supplying a premium portfolio of solutions used on commercial, residential and industrial projects worldwide. Due to continued growth in Ireland, they are now looking to appoint an Account Manager to cover the Munster region. THE ROLE: As Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing an established customer base across Munster, with the majority of your time focused on account development, relationship management and increasing spend within existing customers. This is a 90% account management role, with a small element of new business where opportunities naturally arise. You will be selling a premium portfolio of tiling, flooring and construction finishing solutions, including adhesives, grouts, primers, mortars, waterproofing products and industrial flooring systems. You will work closely with: * Specialist tiling distributors * Builders merchants * Bathroom and interiors retailers * Tiling contractors and installers * Main contractors and specialist subcontractors * Architects and specification contacts This is a field-based role covering Munster, so ideally you will be based in Cork or within an easy commute of the territory. THE PERSON: We are keen to speak with candidates who have field sales experience within the construction sector. Ideally, you will have experience selling through distribution or merchant channels, and understand how to manage long-term relationships across the construction supply chain.
