Job Overview
12‑month, full‑time contract. The role will support all aspects of accounting for Keurig Dr Pepper ('KDP') in Ireland, including intercompany transactions with other KDP entities in Europe and North America, and will be responsible for the reporting and integrity of the financial statements. The employee will lead the month‑end close process for various business units, prepare and post journal entries, produce account reconciliations, assist in the preparation of statutory annual financial statements for the Irish legal entities, and manage statutory audits. The role will also provide support to internal KDP business partners (including IT, Treasury, Tax, HR and other stakeholders) and assist our third‑party service provider with outsourced tasks, reviewing entries and reconciliations prepared by that team.
Responsibilities
Work with international accounting teams (Ireland, US, Canada) to ensure efficient and accurate general ledger close each period.
Coordinate and prepare journal entries and reconcile balance sheet accounts; review responsibilities of Accenture (outsourced service provider).
Post realized and unrealized gains and losses related to commodity hedge accounting.
Assist heavily in annual statutory and internal audits.
Support the tax department with VAT and corporate tax returns and review of tax financial information.
Assist in intercompany billing process for international entities.
Make recommendations for streamlining processes, procedures and improving effectiveness of all entities managed by Ireland.
Create and maintain process documentation (SOPs).
Perform other job‑related duties as requested by management, including ad‑hoc requests and projects.
Support adherence to internal control processes.
Follow all policies, procedures and safety requirements directed by KDP Ireland.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA/ACCA/CIMA qualification preferred.
Experience with SAP systems, including prior participation in SAP implementation.
Experience with streamlining processes, procedures and improving effectiveness.
Excellent working knowledge of English.
Great attention to detail and deadline driven.
Strong interpersonal skills with ability to energise personnel at all levels.
Team player, agile, resilient and flexible.
Extensive finance and accounting experience with broad business knowledge.
Experience in foreign tax strategies, transfer pricing and service‑fee models desirable.
Competency in financial reporting software platforms such as SAP and Tagetik.
High proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
Lean/ Six‑sigma certification preferred.
