Responsibilities
Leading all HV switching activities and acting as the site's electrical authority
Managing and coordinating planned & reactive maintenance in a critical environment
Driving performance, reliability, and continuous improvement across plant operations
Acting as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for all electrical systems on site
Overseeing contractors and vendors, ensuring safety, quality, and compliance
Supporting root cause analysis, fault finding, and system optimisation
Playing a key role in projects, upgrades, and operational strategy

What we\'re looking for
Proven experience as a Senior Authorised Person (SAP)
Strong background in HV switching & electrical maintenance
Experience working in critical or high-availability environments
Confident managing contractors and technical stakeholders
Familiarity with SCADA / CMMS systems
Electrical qualification (trade or engineering level)
