We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our team in a permanent role.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quantity surveying, with a minimum of 5 years' experience working on prestigious projects.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and chairing site meetings, preparing cost plans and budget estimates, and value engineering to identify risks and opportunities.
They will also be responsible for preparing Bills of Quantities, tender review and evaluation, assessing interim valuation payments, negotiating and agreeing variations, cost reporting, and final account settlement.
The position requires excellent communication and presentation skills, as well as computer literacy with skills in MS office.
A BSc Degree in Quantity Surveying is essential, along with professional membership to SCSI or RICS.
The salary for this role is €65K - €75K per annum, plus additional benefits and bonus depending on level of experience and qualifications.
Paid annual institute membership subscriptions and 21 days annual leave are also included in the package.
