Technical Leadership Role
As a Technical Leader, you will be responsible for driving site improvements and implementing new projects to enhance efficiency while maintaining quality standards.
* Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth workflow and meet project deadlines.
* Manage a team of engineering staff, motivate them to establish performance indicators and profitability objectives.
* Facilitate open two-way communications through regular team meetings and daily interactions.
Develop and implement equipment layouts, optimize manufacturing processes to achieve maximum product yield within safety guidelines and reduced operating costs.
Analyze and troubleshoot problems with manufacturing processes, address and resolve technical issues promptly.
Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations, making necessary adjustments to production processes and equipment as needed.
Implement quality control checks to guarantee the final product meets quality standards.
Evaluate the economic viability of projects and manage cost estimates effectively.
