Job Title: Desktop Support Specialist
This is a challenging role that requires technical expertise and excellent communication skills.
The ideal candidate will have at least 3-5 years of experience in a similar IT environment, with advanced knowledge of computer functions and operating systems.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Provide second level support to end-users for PC hardware and standard software related incidents.
* Ensure professional execution and follow-up on IT service requests.
* Participate in changes and projects that require technical personnel on site.
* Maintain the smooth and secure functioning of existing IT infrastructure systems.
* SUPPORT THE TSM IN DELIVERING END-USERS IT EXPLOITATION AND TRAINING INITIATIVES MAINTAIN IT SECURITY & ASSET MANAGEMENT PROCEDURES CLOSE FOLLOW-UP ON CLIENT ESCALATIONS AND VIP REQUESTS/INCIDENTS ASSIST/SUPPORT THE TSM IN LOCAL PROJECTS & BUSINESS MAJOR EVENTS
Requirements:
* Experience: At least 3-5 years of proven experience and responsibility in a similar IT environment.
* Expertise: Expert level of knowledge in all computer functions and operating systems and Apple devices.
* Collaboration Tools: Good understanding of collaboration tools such as SharePoint, BlueJeans networks, Video conferencing systems.
* Personality Outline: Strong willingness to expand their IT expertise and IT Service Management skills.
* Skills: Deskside Support Infrastructure Support Cloud Support
