Administrator – 9-Month FTC (Maternity Cover)
Location: Dublin 2
Salary: €25,000 - €29,000 DOE
Hours: Mon to Thurs 9:00 AM – 5:15 PM | Fri 9:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Start Date: End of July 2024
Contract Duration: 9 months, with potential for extension
Are you an organized and professional individual with experience in a busy office environment? We are seeking a friendly and proactive Receptionist/Administrator to join a dynamic professional services company based in Dublin 2. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to a close-knit team while gaining valuable experience in a reputable firm.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the daily operations of the office, working closely with the team
Manage and update client database records
Draft, proofread, and format reports, correspondence, and documentation
Take minutes during meetings as required
Handle general office duties: filing, photocopying, etc.
Use SAGE Coretime for project codes and new client setup
Assist with onboarding new employees and student accountants
Cover reception duties during annual leave
Support the Administration Assistant during leave periods
Provide relief support for the department
Opportunity to assist with bookkeeping tasks such as posting invoices, cash allocations, and bank reconciliations (optional)
Perform ad hoc duties as needed
Key Requirements:
2 years' experience in a professional services environment (ideally 2-3 years)
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Excellent organizational, communication, and presentation skills
Well-spoken, professional, and friendly manner on the phone and in person
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
Strong written and spoken English
