As a Chef Manager you\'ll:
* Cook up mouth-watering menu items, with a passion for perfection.
* Ensure the highest standards of food hygiene and health and safety are maintained in line with Sodexo Policy & Procedure.
* Contribute to a positive and innovative kitchen culture and bring your ideas to the table and cook up new techniques.
* Manage daily cash and invoice trading, month-end reconciliation, menu planning, orders, and stocktakes.
What we\'re looking for:
* Professional cookery or culinary qualifications
* Proven experience as a Chef in a high-volume setting and proven experience managing a small catering team. Also, experience with Microsoft Office Systems
* Strong organisational skills with an ability to prioritise tasks, and strong financial acumen.

* Minimum Qualification: Level 6 (incl Higher Advanced Certificate & National Craft Certificate) OR Professional cookery or culinary qualifications
