We are seeking an experienced Senior Sous Chef to join our team in a respected private members club in Dublin. The ideal candidate will have a proven background as a Sous Chef or Senior Sous Chef in a busy, quality kitchen.
About the Role
* Work closely with the Executive Chef to manage daily kitchen operations
* Lead during service and oversee prep, cooking, and plating
* Maintain high standards of food quality, flavour, and presentation
Requirements
* Proven background as a Sous Chef or Senior Sous Chef in a busy, quality kitchen
* Valid work permit and supporting documentation
* Strong leadership and communication skills
