We operate a significant business representing some of the most popular brands in the industry including McHale, Abbey, Pottinger, Merlo, Schaffer, Malone, Fleming, Amazone, Twose and Husqvarna. Due to growth in the business, we are in a position to recruit an additional robotic mower service specialist.

Job Purpose: Sale, service of robotic lawnmowers and customer liaison plus in-house sales.
What you'll be doing
* Site assessments to advice potential customers which model robotic mower suits their requirements.
* Robotic Lawnmower Diagnosis, service and repair – workshop based to include software updates and mechanical repairs.
* Assist with other garden machinery sales enquiries and service support as required.
* Work closely with sales and support team to ensure customers get premium service
What you need to bring
* Full driving license required;
* Minimum second level education.
* Mechanical/electrical repair experience (small engine, appliance or electronics background ideal).
* Prior experience of any service role an advantage;
* Strong attention to detail
* Prior experience of any customer service role an advantage;
* Training will be provided.
