Overview Our client is a multinational company in the medical devices and healthcare sector, based in Galway, Ireland. They are looking for a Norwegian-speaking Technical Support Associate. Responsibilities Handle inbound customer calls and emails professionally. Provide first-level troubleshooting and resolve customer issues across the product range by asking targeted questions. Document complaints and inquiries according to company guidelines. Communicate investigation outcomes to customers via phone and in writing. Manage and prioritize group mailboxes to ensure timely responses. Resolve inquiries and complaints within KPI targets for individuals, team, and company. Identify process improvements to enhance the customer experience. Maintain and share product expertise within the Technical Support team. Requirements 3rd Level Certificate, Diploma, or Degree in any discipline (preferred: Science, Biomedical, Medical Transcription, Healthcare, Nursing, Engineering) desirable, not essential. Call center or administrative experience also accepted. Fluent in Norwegian and English.
