This role is fully onsiteThe RoleAs anHR Administrator, you'll play a key role in the smooth running of our HR function. From preparing contracts and maintaining employee records, to supporting recruitment and handling day-to-day queries, you'll be the first point of contact for many employees and managers.This is an ideal role for someone with afoundation in HR administrationwho wants to grow and progress in their career.What You'll Be DoingManage HR administration including contracts, employee records, starters/leavers, and benefits.Support the recruitment process: posting roles, scheduling interviews, preparing induction packs.Act as the first point of contact for HR queries, ensuring a professional and efficient response.Support HR projects and initiatives across learning, health & safety, and employee engagement.Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement – we're always asking, "How can we do things better?"What We're Looking For1–3 years' HR administration/coordination experience (Irish market experience preferred).Ideally CIPD qualified or working towards it.Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to juggle multiple priorities.A positive, team-focused approach with excellent communication skills.Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word); HRIS or time & attendance system experience a plus.Ability to commute to Swords (role is onsite, driving preferred though the office is also on a bus route).What's on OfferSalary: €30,000 to €32,000Benefits:Healthcare (after 6 months)Sick pay, pension, and enhanced maternity leaveExcellent staff discountsWork with a close-knit HR team (8 people) including HR, L&D, payroll, and health & safety.A culture that promotes career development with leadership programmes, Excel and AI training, and opportunities to progress internally.Great exposure and learning on the job in a busy, supportive team.For further information, please contact Emma Anglim on \
