This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in ensuring safety standards are maintained across all our sites. Candidate must have Irish Health & Safety experience.Key Accountabilities:Implementing and monitoring site-specific Health & Safety plans.Keeping detailed records of inspection results and implementing corrective actions as necessary.Organising, attending, and chairing safety meetings to ensure clear communication and alignment on safety practices.Providing ongoing Health & Safety training and support to staff and subcontractors.Reporting and investigating accidents, incidents, and near misses, ensuring appropriate follow-up and preventative measures.Ensuring all equipment is safe to operate, working closely with site managers and maintenance teams.Maintaining accurate records of all safety documentation, inspections, and audits.Ensuring adherence to Health & Safety legislation and company policies in accordance with Health & Safety Authority requirements.Qualifications and Experience:An accredited degree or diploma in Occupational Health & Safety or a related field (recognised by the Health & Safety Authority).Previous experience as a Health & Safety Officer in the construction industry, preferably with a Main Contractor on residential developments.Strong knowledge of Irish Health & Safety regulations.Excellent organisational, communication, and leadership skills.Ability to manage multiple sites and tasks in a fast-paced environment.Must have full clean driving licence and access to a carMinimum 5 years' experience required
