About the RoleReporting to the HR Director, this role will be responsible for delivering core HR services across key areas, including HR data, rewards, performance management, talent development, employee relations, and strategic HR initiativesOperating in a fast-paced environment, the People Partner will demonstrate strong curiosity and an analytical mindset, using insights to inform decision-making and continuously improve people practicesThis role is central to fostering a high-performance culture and ensuring that our HR strategies are aligned with the organisation's long-term goalsHow You'll Make an ImpactYou will be assigned your own portfolio of stakeholders and will partner with them effectively to achieve company, HR, and employee best outcomesHR Projects & Data:Lead and contribute to key HR initiatives as requiredSupport the HR Director with the implementation of the People and Culture strategyCompensation & Reward:Support the HR Director in managing the annual reward cycle, including promotions, bonus payments and salary reviewsManage relationships with third-party providers to ensure the delivery of a competitive reward offeringPerformance Management:Lead the performance appraisal cycle, holding coaching sessions with managers and ensuring the process aligns with the organisation's goals and valuesAdvise and support managers with performance-related matters, ensuring that a customer-focused approach is at the heart of everything we doTalent Management:Partner with senior leaders to identify high-potential talent and succession opportunitiesCoach and empower managers to create tailored development plans for their team membersContribute to effective workforce planning to support long-term organisational successEmployee Relations:Foster a positive working environment by providing expert guidance to line managers on employee relations matters, ensuring a fair and consistent approachManage ER cases—including absenteeism, grievances, and disciplinary matters—with professionalism, discretion, and in alignment with company policies and best practice standardsPolicy Implementation:Maintain and update HR policies and ensure compliance with regulatory, legal and internal proceduresWork with relevant stakeholders to design and enhance HR policies and procedures that drive a high-performance culture and align with regulatory requirements and company valuesQualificationsExpertise & Experience RequiredProven experience in HR generalist and HR business partnering. (Min 5 years)Must have Irish Employment Law and employee relations experienceStrong working knowledge of employee relations practices, employment law, and case management principlesExcellent interpersonal, influencing, and stakeholder management skills. Track record of working closely with senior leaders and coaching managers at all levelsSkilled in managing the full performance management cycle, including coaching managers and aligning goals to business objectivesFamiliarity with compensation and reward frameworks, including pay review cycles, bonuses, data management within Excel, and third-party vendor managementAbility to translate HR data into actionable insights to support strategic decision-makingPrevious experience in a regulated financial services industry is desirableRelevant third-level qualification (Business, HR) is desirable, including CIPD membership
