About the Role
ISS is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Financial Administrator to support our Facilities Management operations. This is a dynamic role where financial accuracy meets operational excellence. Key Responsibilities
* Generate and process daily sales invoices for client accounts.
* Create and manage invoice templates and journals using Navision.
* Process consumable purchase invoices (excluding EDI).
* Prepare and follow up on purchase requisitions using Coupa.
* Produce financial reports using Power BI.
* Support project-related financial tasks and general site administration.
* Liaise with suppliers, clients, and internal departments to resolve financial queries.
* Ensure compliance with procurement and supply chain guidelines.
* Maintain service standards and adapt to changing business needs.
What We're Looking For
Experience & Skills:
* Minimum 2 years' experience in a financial administration role.
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
* Excellent communication skills—written and verbal.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
* Experience with Navision, Coupa, and Power BI is a plus.
* Ability to work independently and take initiative.
* Flexible and adaptable with a positive, customer-focused attitude.
* Calm and professional under pressure.
* Strong organizational and planning skills.
Education:
* A relevant financial or administrative qualification is desirable.
