Your new role To provide a professional and efficient sea freight operations service to both internal and external customers Main duties and responsibilities: ?
Processing shipment bookings for both liner and forwarding operations ?
Monitoring shipments from point of customer booking to arrival at final destination and customer payment ?
Providing a high level of customer service to both internal and external customers ?
Liaising with local and international vendors and agents to ensure that the best rates and services are secured ?
Liaising with transport vendors regarding collections or deliveries ?
Processing sales and purchases invoices and dealing with any queries relating to customer/creditor invoices ?
Dealing with rate requests and issuing quotations ?
Customs Clearance awareness - SAD's, requirements, Etc ?
Development of sea freight services What you'll need to succeed 3 years + previous experience in similar role Knowledge of Cargowise software system would be advantageous.
