Business Director – Facilities, Environmental Services
Our client, a growing organisation in the environmental services and facilities sector, is seeking an experienced Business Director to lead and grow a business unit of approximately €3-4m.
Key responsibilities:
Lead and manage the business unit in line with the strategic plan and KPIs
Full operational oversight and service delivery management
Prepare and manage monthly management accounts and budgets
Drive commercial performance and new business opportunities
Provide strong leadership, build team capability and foster collaboration
Ideal profile:
Senior Manager / General Manager with small-business leadership experience
Strong operational, commercial, financial and business development skills
Experience in environmental services, facilities, engineering or related sectors (advantageous)
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
