We’re looking for a strategic thinker, creative problem solver, and resilient leader who thrives in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute a best-in-class recruitment strategy aligned with organisational goals and future workforce needs.
* Inspire, coach, and hold accountable a high-performing team of 12–15 Talent Acquisition Team Members and foster a culture of ownership and continuous improvement.
* Partner with senior management team to forecast hiring needs and design scalable recruitment solutions.
* Champion Dovida’s employer brand and ensure strong positioning within local communities and the wider market.
* Design and implement a 12-month sourcing and attraction plan in collaboration with Marketing and local offices.
* Lead community engagement, events, and networking initiatives to establish Dovida as an employer of choice.
* Leverage digital platforms and creative sourcing strategies to proactively build caregiver talent pipelines.
* Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes ensuring compliance, consistency, and high candidate satisfaction.
* Identify process bottlenecks and drive improvements through systems such as Fountain and ATS platforms.
* Collaborate cross-functionally to provide insights on recruitment trends and caregiver readiness.
* Track and analyse recruitment KPIs, translating insights into clear action plans for improvement.
* Deliver regular reports and strategic updates to the Director of Operations.
* Introduce feedback loops and candidate satisfaction surveys to continually enhance recruitment quality.
* Stay ahead of industry trends and implement best practices across the recruitment lifecycle.
Requirements
* Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a senior recruitment leadership role, ideally within high-volume or healthcare recruitment, and a total of 10 years career in recruitment operations.
* Proven track record of leading and developing recruitment teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
* Strong knowledge of recruitment marketing, ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems), HRIS, and modern sourcing tools.
* Relevant HR or recruitment qualification (e.g., CIPD, HRM, or equivalent).
* Demonstrated ability to work independently, meet KPIs, and manage multiple priorities effectively.
