Responsibilities Sales Execution: Acts as a thought leader across solution areas to advise customers and partners on digital transformation, drive deployment, and create business value by removing blockers to consumption through collaboration with stakeholders. Scaling & Collaboration: Leads sales orchestration to drive deal closure by aligning internal stakeholders and expanding partner relationships. Technical Expertise: Leads BDM and ITDM discussions, sharing monetization and competitor knowledge to inform pursuit decisions. Sales Excellence: Manages end-to-end sales and delivery success within the territory; conducts forecasting and develops account plans aligned with strategic priorities. Qualifications Required/Minimum Qualifications (RQs/MQs) Experience in technology-related sales, services sales, or account management OR Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field with relevant sales or account management experience. Additional or Preferred Qualifications (PQs) Solution sales, partner sales, or consulting services sales experience Support solution delivery experience Strategic thinking and execution skills for complex opportunities Excellent negotiation, communication, presentation, and financial skills Proven ability to exceed goals and work effectively against competition Ability to collaborate across teams and leverage best practices Growth mindset with problem-solving and learning orientation Microsoft is an equal opportunity employer.
