About This Role
* This is a technical position that requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* As a Radio Radar Technician, you will be responsible for installing, operating, maintaining, and repairing communication and navigation equipment.
* You will work closely with other technicians to ensure seamless operations and troubleshoot any issues that may arise.
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintenance and repair of radar and electronic navigation systems
* Operational support for critical communications systems
* Installation and testing of new equipment
* Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
Requirements:
* Citizenship: Must be an Irish citizen or legally entitled to work in Ireland
* Character & Fitness: Must meet medical, physical, and security clearance standards
* Age: Applicants must be between 18 and 39 years of age on the date of application
* Qualifications (or equivalent): B. Eng in Electronic Engineering (HETAC Level 7) or similar qualifications
Benefits:
* Basic Salary: €49, with yearly increments
* Naval Service Allowance: Approx. €20,
* Overseas Service Allowance: Starting at €15, per annum, in addition to your salary
