Key Responsibilities
Lead design and delivery of large‑scale transformation, strategy, or technology programs and serve as primary client contact for senior stakeholders.
Ensure measurable client impact, ROI, and alignment with strategic objectives and proactively recommend innovative solutions.
Drive business growth by identifying, shaping, and closing opportunities across existing and new accounts, lead proposal development and client pitches, and collaborate with leadership on sector growth initiatives.
Build the practice through IP development, methodologies, and thought leadership; mentor and coach consultants to achieve full potential and foster inclusion and continuous learning.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or related discipline; MBA or advanced degree strongly preferred.
15+ years of relevant experience in management consulting, professional services, or senior industry roles.
Proven track record of leading client engagements with Fortune 500 or equivalent organizations.
Strong business development experience, including revenue generation and client relationship management.
Deep expertise in at least one consulting domain (Strategy, Digital Transformation, Technology, Operational Excellence, Human Capital).
Exceptional communication, facilitation, and executive presence skills.
Ability to manage cross‑functional global teams in complex environments.
