Your Role
Provide high-quality, one-to-one nursing care tailored to each patient’s needs.
Responsibilities may include:
Clinical assessments and care planning
Medication management and administration
Wound care and clinical interventions
Monitoring patient conditions
Patient and family education
Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
Focus on one patient at a time and deliver the level of care you trained for.
Requirements
Active NMBI registration
Tracheostomy experience desirable but not essential
Experience in looking after children with complex care needs
Day/night shifts
Right to work in Ireland (no sponsorship provided)
Excellent English communication and documentation skills
Willingness to undergo Garda Vetting (covered by MyHomecare)
Full driving licence and access to a vehicle may be required for some roles
Ability to provide two reference contacts
