The successful candidate will provide comprehensive administrative support to a busy public sector team delivering essential services in Galway City. As an Administrative Support Officer, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by handling various tasks with accuracy and efficiency.

Main Responsibilities:
* Provide full administrative support including minute-taking, document preparation, and data entry.
* Process and verify invoices, and manage purchasing and order processing.
* Handle general admin duties such as filing, photocopying, and scanning.
* Liaise with stakeholders to resolve service and invoicing issues.
* Arrange site visits with potential contractors and support committee meeting logistics.
* Undertake additional tasks as assigned by the SEO or Staff Officer.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Excellent typing speed and accuracy.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Experience in minute-taking and document preparation.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Attention to detail, excellent organisation, and a strong sense of priority.
