About the Job:
We are seeking a highly motivated Student Enrolment Advisor to generate student enrolments by managing leads for prospective students. The successful candidate will offer guidance and advice on how our educational programmes can meet their needs.
Key Responsibilities:
* Proactively manage and convert leads through inbound/outbound calls, emails, webinars, to meet and exceed enrolment targets.
* Make high-volume daily outbound calls to prospective students to convert interest into applications.
* Identify prospective student needs and position our educational programmes as the solution.
* Provide expert advice and guidance throughout the enrolment process.
* Develop and maintain a personal sales pipeline, maintaining regular follow-up until the sale is closed.
* Represent the college at recruitment events to promote programmes and engage with prospective and current students.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Proven track record in sales or telesales environments.
* Target-driven mindset with a passion for hitting and exceeding KPIs.
* Strong closer, confident in handling objections and moving conversations toward the sale.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a consultative selling style.
* Ability to multi-task and manage a dynamic sales pipeline using a CRM system.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
