We are calling out for a pre-press manager with an in-depth knowledge of carton manufacturing who would relish the opportunity to move to the Emerald Isle.
Responsible for the co-ordination of pre-artwork client meetings, we are looking for someone with client facing experience, in addition to the following technical abilities required for this role:
1. Follow product launches
2. Packaging and artwork management
3. Copy writing / artwork / repro co-ordination
4. Liaising with design agencies, suppliers, printers etc.
5. Producing artwork for a wide variety of clients in the healthcare/retail/pharma
6. Checking artwork on a technical level
7. Using Adobe CS; Illustrator, In-design, Photoshop on a regular basis
8. Packaging experience and knowledge of C &C and braille testing processes
9. Will have some packaging experience or knowledge in a similar design to print sector such as artwork / prepress / repro / point of sales / brochures / catalogues
10. Must have solid project management skills and be able to manage busy artwork delivery
11. Experience of colour separation and technical print processes (you do not need to be a technical expert but be able to have some technical knowledge and input)
12. A good understanding of supply chain requirements and meeting a client's expectations and KPIs
13. Being organised, driven, self-motivated and passionate is essential
To be successful in this role you will need to be able to demonstrate a comprehensive knowledge as well as explicit attention to detail and a keen eye for colour.
