The Production Manager will oversee daily manufacturing operations, ensuring efficient, safe, and high-quality production.
This role leads the management of people, capacity, and workflow to meet customer demand, improve performance, and drive continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage production schedules to meet customer orders and inventory targets.
* Balancing demand, capacity, and resources optimizes output and on-time delivery.
* Collaboration with procurement and logistics ensures material availability.
* Leading multiple manufacturing teams monitors daily operations.
* Providing clear direction, coaching, and development for production teams.
* Championing a quality-first mindset across operations.
* Ensuring compliance with all Health & Safety and environmental regulations.
* Managing labor and material costs within budget constraints.
Requirements:
* A degree (Level 7 or higher) in Production Management, Engineering, or related field is required.
* Proficiency in ERP/MES and production planning systems is necessary.
* A strong understanding of GMP, QMS, and lean manufacturing principles is essential.
* 3–4 years of experience in a supervisory or management role in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
