The role of Chef de Partie is a key position in our kitchen team, responsible for managing and preparing their designated section. This includes assisting the Head Chef in maintaining culinary standards, producing high-quality dishes, and enhancing the guest experience.

Main Responsibilities:
* Managing and preparing your section to maintain exceptional standards.
* Assisting the Head Chef in setting culinary standards and developing new menu items.
* Producing delicious and visually appealing dishes that meet or exceed customer expectations.
* Contributing to a positive and efficient working environment in the kitchen.

Requirements:
* A minimum of 2-3 years' experience as a Chef de Partie in a 4/5-star hotel or similar establishment.
* Demonstrable knowledge of culinary techniques, food safety standards, and kitchen management practices.
* Fully HACCP trained with a good understanding of HACCP procedures and regulations.
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
* Flexibility with regards to working hours, including mornings, evenings, and weekends.
