We are seeking a motivated and experienced Wedding & Events Supervisor to join our team.Deliver unforgettable guest experiences in one of Ireland's most enchanting estates. As Wedding & Events Supervisor, you'll lead the seamless execution of weddings, celebrations, and bespoke events within the castle.From coordinating timelines and managing on-the-day operations to guiding staff and ensuring every detail meets Castle Leslie's luxury standards, you'll be the calm, organised, guest‑focused presence that keeps each event running flawlessly. A passion for hospitality, sharp attention to detail, and the ability to think on your feet are key in this dynamic, high‑energy role.About The RolePurpose:To carry out tasks smoothly and efficiently ensuring standards, guest satisfaction and expectations are met or exceeded at all times.Job Details:To work with and supervise a team of Food & Beverage AssistantsCommunicate and delegate tasks to the teamTo work closely with other Supervisors and/or Manager to carry out and assist in training of staff as required ensuring team members are trained to a high level and continually refreshed on their trainingManage guest queries in a timely and efficient mannerAssist Food and Beverage management with achieving financial targetsAssist Food and Beverage management with training and development of team membersAssist with job reviews and mid-year/annual appraisals with team members under your responsibilityComply with hotel security, fire regulations and all health and safety legislationAssist other departments wherever necessary and maintain good working relationshipsMeeting and greeting Guests as they arrive, ensuring that they are welcomeProviding efficient and friendly service throughout the EstateCleaning, laying up and clearing tables, stocking up and replenishing service points as necessaryTo report any Guests' complaints or issues to Management and/or Duty Manager.Have thorough knowledge of service standards to ensure a 5* standard is always provided.To promote good working relations between team members and to ensure high moraleTo ensure all billing and charging procedures are followedTo ensure that the team have a complete knowledge of all elements of the food and beverage productTo attend daily and departmental meetings as requiredEnsure all daily team briefings take placeBenefits for Successful Candidates:Voted a Great Place to work for four years runningVoted a Best Workplace in IrelandEngaging company events fostering team camaraderie and creativity.Attractive employee discountMeals on dutyWellness program to promote your physical and mental well-being.Diversity & Inclusion:Castle Leslie Estate believes that embracing equality and diversity in the workplace benefits not just Castle Leslie Estate, but also individual employees, divisions, and our customers.
