We are looking for an accomplished Recruiter to join our EMEA Recruitment team. As a Finder, you will play a crucial role in identifying and recruiting top talent to drive business transformation.
This position involves the following key duties:
* Creating and posting job advertisements on our careers site using internal systems
* Assessing applications against set criteria and conducting targeted sourcing efforts when necessary
* Managing application workflows to ensure 100% system and data accuracy
* Shortlisting candidates based on defined criteria
* Declining non-selected candidates
* Informing candidates about the interview format prior to their assessment
* Maintaining alignment with agreed service level agreements
The successful candidate will have:
* Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment or a related field
* Experience in sourcing
* Exceptional attention to detail, data analysis skills, and high data accuracy
* Collaborative and adaptive skills
* Ability to multitask effectively
