Purpose of the Post
To assist the Director of the CME in planning, development and delivery of practice‑based education and development programmes for nurses, midwives and health care assistants
The role involves the planning, budgeting, co‑ordinating, implementing and evaluation of a range of educational initiatives across the CME’s remit with regard to Midwifery and Nursing services. Education should be based on relevant and up‑to‑date research and provide a collaborative learning environment to encourage reflection and innovation.
