Responsibilities:
* Contribute to and advocate for improvements in the Camera Product and the Assembly and Test Process.
* Advance the characterization of the Camera Product and Process, understanding how critical factors affect camera performance and longevity.
* Promote a cross-functional and collaborative approach within project teams to enhance knowledge of the Product and Process Platform.
* Ensure all Product and Process requirements are clearly defined and understood by relevant teams.
* Support technical communication with customers and suppliers as needed.
* Assist in defining data capture points and analytical tools, providing technical assessments and reactions based on data.
* Analyze stakeholder requirements to identify growth opportunities, technical risks, and areas for investment or improvement.
* Apply a Data Driven approach to continuous improvement and problem solving, fostering feedback loops for timely decisions.
* Incorporate lessons learned from previous projects into current development efforts.
Qualifications:
* Degree/Diploma in Electronics, Computer, Manufacturing, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent.
* Previous experience in similar domains is preferred but not essential.
* Suitable for graduates and candidates with less than 3 years of industry experience.
* Ambition to grow into a technical leadership role responsible for product delivery.
* Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing Design and Agile principles.
